Two words: Homemade Caramel.
I stumbled across a recipe for homemade caramel around Thanksgiving time last year, and it makes the best caramel I’ve ever had. So naturally, since Paul and I are hosting small group tomorrow and will be serving a Waffle Bar, caramel is a necessity!
I love that when the caramel is hot and fresh, the color is lighter. As it cools it thickens and darkens. Soooo good.
